With the first rays of sun, and if you still haven’t got a nice tan, it can be a bit difficult to know what to wear sometimes, then a long skirt can be a good option. This time I wanted a skirt with a Mexican touch from Tintoretto (that I bought recently) to be the main character of the outfit and I completed the look with a lot of scarves tied together to form a big multi-coloured one. Do you like the idea?

Con i primi raggi di sole e ancora la carnagione chiara é difficile sapere cosa mettersi; la gonna lunga diventa in questi casi una buona scelta. In questo look di oggi ho voluto dargli protagonismo con un tocco un po’ messicano, questa l’ho comprata da poco firmata Tintoretto e ho completato l’outfit con molti foulard annodati insieme formandone uno tutto colorato. Vi piace l’idea?

Con los primeros rayos de sol y una tez todavía tan clara es difícil saber qué ponerse, la falda larga se convierte en una buena opción en estos casos. En este look he querido darle protagonismo con un toque mejicano, esta la que compré hace muy poco de la firma Tintoretto y completé el outfit con un montón de pañuelos atados entre si formando uno de muchos colores. I´ve had the idea for this outfit with colour blocks (some call it harlequin effect) for a while and finally, there it is. The other night I was invited to some friends´ for a drink and I thought that it was the right occasion, as the weather has been a bit bad lately I brought the jacket as well. I have to admit that I was taking a chance with the colours but seeing the result I like the effect. Big dots, like the ones on the jacket,  are a must this season that many designers included in their collections. So don´t be shy and pack some outfits with colour blocks (at least two colours) and you´ll be the most colourful on your next vacation.

Era da tempo che stavo plasmando nella mia testa questo outfit con colori block ( da molti definito l’effetto arlecchino) e, alla fine l’ ho realizzato. Cercavo l’occasione giusta per indossarlo,  e proprio da poco,  mi hanno invitato ad un aperitivo a casa di amici, dato che il tempo si e´annuvolato parecchio  ed ha fatto scendere la temperatura, mi sono persino portata la giacca. Devo dire,  che,  ho rischiato un po´sulla combinazione Color block,  pensavo che non mi sarebbe riuscito  tanto bene  l’accostamento di colori dalle tinte forti ma, mi sono ricreduta, vedendone  l’effetto. Questa  giacca vintage poi, con i suoi grandi pois,  e’ un must have che si e’ visto in molte passerelle di importanti maison di moda. Ti consiglio quindi, di osare con il color bock ( almeno con l’accostamento di due colori netti ) da portare in villeggiatura,  per una spruzzata di colore.

Desde hace tiempo estaba plasmando en mi cabeza este outfit con colores block (muchos denominan el efecto arlequín) y al final lo he concretado. Buscaba una ocasión para llevarlo y hace poco me invitaron a casa de unos amigos para un aperitivo así que , me lleve’ también la chaqueta ya que el tiempo empeoro´ bajando la temperatura también. Tengo que decir que me arriesgue´ bastante con el conjunto de colores pero visto el efecto me gusto´. La chaqueta que llevo con grandes lunares es un must de esta temporada que muchas firmas han presentado en sus desfiles. Arriésgate entonces con el color block (conjunta por lo menos dos colores netos) para llevarlo en el lugar de tus vacaciones para un toque de color.

I’m sure many of you are preparing to go on holidays and in addition to the suitcase, you are preparing your beauty case. Space is always a problem, especially if you´re gonna fly as liquids are almost completely forbidden in you hand luggage unless each item it´s less than 100ml. For me as a flight attendant it´s the same even if the authorities sometimes are a bit more flexible, anyway there is always the hassle of having to put everything in small bottles. Most perfumeries sell combinations of creams especially for traveling that are ideal but when it comes to perfume I only bring samples, they are small and it gives me the chance to try various brands. What about nail polish? If you want to bring more than one, me for instance, I bring the ones from Mavala, they are small and come in many different colours. Now when your beauty case is prepared I wish you bon voyage!

Sono sicura che molte di voi,  stanno andando in vacanza,  e, a parte della valigia, state preparando il vostro beauty-case. Il problema di spazio e’ sempre da risolvere sopratutto se volate in aereo dove i liquidi sono pressoche’ vietati a meno che non siano inferiori a 100ml complessivamente. Certo, per me che sono hostess di volo,  la cosa cambia quando sono di servizio, dato che , mi permettono un po’ di piu´ma, rimane sempre una scocciatura dover travasare bottiglie e bottigliette in piccoli flaconcini o vasetti di plastica. In molte profumerie,  vendono creme in flaconcini ridotti e preparati per il viaggio, per quanto riguarda il profumo io mi munisco di campioncini che mi regalano le profumerie nei miei acquisti  e me me porto un bel po’ , cosí ho anche l’occasione di provarne degl’altri che magari, incominciano pure a piacermi. Che fare con gli smalti quando te ne vuoi portare piú di uno? Bene, a me  piace molto lo smalto Mavala, e’ piccolo e quindi te ne puoi portare piú di uno se vuoi cambiartelo come piace a me; quindi,  adesso che  il tuo beauty-case e’ pronto…buon viaggio!

Estoy segura que muchas de vosotras os estais preparando para ir de vacaciones y ademas de la maleta, estaís preparando vuestro nesecer. El problema de espacio, queda siempre una tarea que resolver, sobretodo si vaís en avión, donde los liquidos son casi completamente prohibidos, a menos que no sean inferior a 100ml en su totalidad. Tambien para mi, que soy auxiliar de vuelo, me proiben cuando voy en servicio, aunque tenga un poco mas de margen que los pasajeros, pero, queda siempre  el incordio de tener que ponerlo todo en frasquitos y botecitos. En muchas perfumerias venden muchas combinaciones de cremas para ir de viaje que son ideales, para los perfumes yo opto por llevarme solo las muestras de los perfumes que suelen regalarme en mis compras y asi poder tener la posibilidad de probar otros aromas. Que hacer para los esmaltes? Si te quieres llevar mas de un esmalte, yo por ejemplo, me llevo los de Mavala que son reducidos de tamaño y que tienen muchisimos colores diferentes; ahora que tu nesecer esta’ listo…te deseo buen viaje!

My choice for the Midsummer celebration was a dress in Empire style that felt right for such occasion. This kind of dress is very flattering for the bust and if you need some extra volume you can always use a push-up bras but sometimes they are a bit uncomfortable. Embroidered and flowers area very fashionable and a must this summer. What about you, are you gonna wear some?

La giornata trascorsa festeggiando il  ”Midsummer” svedese, ho scelto un vestito che mi e´sembrato adatto all’atmosfera di festa che si respirava. Il vestito stile impero rialza il seno con garbo e per chi non ne ha molto e´un’alternativa ai reggiseni push-ups che a volte sono alquanto scomodi. I fiori ed i ricami, oltre ad adattarsi alla stagione estiva, sono un must di  quest’anno. E tu, li porterai?

El día que pasé celebrando  el “Midsummer” sueco, he elegido un vestido que me ha parecido acertado para la ocasión y momento de fiesta. Este vestido de estilo imperio, levanta el pecho con elegancia y para quién no tiene mucho pecho, es una alternativa a los sujetadores push-ups que a veces llegan a ser muy incomodo. Las flores y los bordados, además de adaptarse bien a la temporada de verano, son un must este año. Y tú, los llevarás?
