Hi everybody, it´s Christmas once more and I would like to wish you a happy one! I wanted to spend it in Rome this year but a series of setbacks have prevented me, well maybe next year…

Some of you asked me to publish more of my outfits so… here is one! Lately there has been a lot of talk about leather but not so much about suede, that I really like. Suede is very delicate but it´s also gives that softness that leather garments don´t. I went crazy about this jumpsuit when I saw it online and I ordered it straight away. Normally I don´t buy so much on the web but there are some webs sites that I really like and where it´s very easy to buy, let´s face it, things change and so are we. Normally the prices are lower online and you have much more to choose from than in the local shop, besides the garments and quality is the same. What about yourself, do you buy online?

Salve a tutte/i, siamo arrivati ormai a Natale, spero sia per tutti voi una giornata lieta e gioiosa; quest’anno avrei dovuto passarlo a Roma ma, qualche contrattempo me l’ha impedito, pazienza, sarà per il prossimo

Alcuni di voi mi hanno chiesto di pubblicare più outfits miei ed eccomi qua per accontentarvi! Ultimamente si parla molto della pelle ma, non si vede molto il camoscio che a me piace tantissimo. Sono capi delicati ma allo stesso tempo sanno dare quella morbidezza che altri capi in pelle non possono dare. Questa tuta mi ha fatto impazzire e l’ho comprata “on line”, sì é vero che non faccio molti acquisti sulla web ma, ci sono pagine che fanno letteralmente impazzire e che ti facilitano l’acquisto; le cose cambiano, e bisogna andare al passo dei tempi, e poi, non solo si fanno buoni acquisti ma, i prezzi sono decisamente più bassi pur mantenendo la stessa qualità del negozio.Vi piace?

Hola a tod@s, ya estamos en Navidad, os deseo un día feliz y alegre, este año hubiese tenido que pasarlo en Roma, pero una series de contratiempos me lo han impedido, bueno paciencia, será para la próxima.

Algunos de vosotr@s me han pedido de publicar más mis outfits y aquí están! Últimamente se habla mucho de la piel, pero no mucho de la gamuza que me gusta mucho. Es una piel muy delicada, pero al mismo tiempo confiere esa suavidad que las prendas de cuero no pueden dar. Este mono me volvió loca y me lo compré “on line”, sí es cierto que yo no hago muchas compras en la web, pero hay páginas que te vuelven loca y te facilitan la compra, las cosas cambian y  hay que ir avanzando con los tiempos, no sólo haces buenas compras sino que los precios son mucho más bajos y mantiene la misma calidad de las tiendas. Que os parece?

I’ve realized that every summer brings a military-, marine or safari look, well at least one of them. We´ve seen various collections for next spring/summer (2013) that includes military chic, like military green (a perfect daytime look) and a different look for the evening. To make every moment a special one the accessories are contemporary, like for instance large bags with long straps.

I wanted to style Diana in a safari style with capri pants, stylish belt knotted at the side of the waist, beige safari shirt with short sleeves and a knot at the waist making it look a little more mischievous and completing the look with long necklaces both around the neck and arms and a cowboy type hat. The maxi-leather bag and dark brown wedge sandals give the whole look a sweet taste of Africa. Do you like the look?

Da sempre ho osservato che con l’arrivo della buona stagione lo stile Militare, stile Safari Chic o stile Marinaio tornano sempre in almeno una delle versioni. Per la prossima stagione primavera- estate 2013 abbiamo già visto nelle varie sfilate che torna la tonalità military chic come il verde con look perfetti per il giorno, altri per la sera, per rendere ogni momento davvero speciale, gli accessori poi conferiscono un look trendy con le borse oversize con tracolla.

Giá da quest’estate ho voluto riproporre lo stile Safari con Diana che ha indossato pantaloni capri con una cinta chic annodata lateralmente alla cintura, una camicia color beige safari a maniche corte e annodata in vita conferendo un look un po’ più sbarazzino e completando con collane lunghe al collo e attorcigliate alle braccia, nonché un cappello tipo texas, la maxi borsa in pelle e i sandali a zeppa marron scuro che conferiscono al outfit il dolce sapore dell’Africa. Che ne dite vi é piaciuto?

Siempre he observado que la llegada del periodo cálido trae siempre un estilo Militar, un estilo Marinero o estilo Safari Chic, siempre volve por lo menos una de estas versiones. Para la próxima primavera-verano 2013,  hemos visto en varios defiles de moda que vuelve la tonalidad del military chic como el verde militar con look perfecto para el día, otros para la noche, para que cada momento sea especial, los accesorios aportan un aspecto moderno con bolsas de gran tamaño con largas correas.

Ya quize repetir el estilo safari con Diana que llevaba pantalones capri con un cinturón elegante anudado a un lado de la cintura, una camisa de color beige safari de manga corta y con un nudo a la cintura dándole un aspecto un poco más pícaro y completando el look con largos collares alrededor del cuello y de los brazos, un sombrero tipo cowboy, el maxi-bolso de cuero y las sandalias de cuña marrones oscuras le dan al conjunto el sabor dulce de África. ¿Te ha gustado mi style?

Do you remember that Roberto Cavalli made a collection for H&M? I was in Copenhagen the day it came out in the stores. I wanted to go and have a look at it and touch it with my own hands, so when we arrived at the Radisson I quickly changed and went downtown. I don´t think that I have to tell you that there where people queuing outside the store, I should have imagined that as it was the first day. I liked this dress from the first moment and I kept it like if it was a jewel. I´ve been waiting for the right moment and I was sure that Claire would appreciate to be the first one to wear it, that´s the least one can do for a friend. I´m really happy with the result – she looks like a Greek Goddess!

Vi ricordate quando H&M “sfornó” la collezione di Roberto Cavalli? Io mi trovavo a Copenaghen, ricordo che volevo assolutamente andare a vedere la collezione e poter toccarla con le mie mani, così arrivata al Radisson, mi cambiai subito e giù in città . E’ inutile dirvi che la fila arrivava fin fuori, mi immaginai subito come poteva essere lunga quella fila il primo giorno quando aprirono le porte con la collezione di Cavalli. Devo dire che mi colpì subito questo vestito che fino ad oggi l’ho tenuto come un gioiello. Mi piace avere sempre qualcosa di speciale per essere tirato fuori nel momento ideale come questo; Claire ero sicura che avrebbe apprezzato poterlo indossare e, che privilegio essere la prima a farlo. Per un’amica è il minimo che si possa fare. Che bello è stato vederla come una Dea Greca!

¿Te acuerdas cuando H&M sacó la colección de Roberto Cavalli? Yo estaba en Copenhague, recuerdo que quería ir a ver la colección y  tocarla con mis manos, así que llegamos en el hotel Radisson, me cambié de prisa y bajé a la ciudad. Es  inútil decir que la fila llegaba hasta el exterior del establecimiento, imaginé enseguida como podía ser el primer día que abrieron las puertas con las colección. Debo decir que me quedé enseguida con este vestido que he guardado como si de una joya se tratase. Me gusta tener algo especial para sacarlo en un momento ideal; estaba segura que Claire lo habría apreciado mucho, y que es un privilegio ser la primera en llevarlo. Para un amiga es lo menos que se puede hacer. Me encantó verla como una Diosa Griega!

There are combinations that are just perfect! Leaving modesty aside, I´ve been looking for a beige coat for a long time. Beige is a great colour, you can match beige with everything, it´s elegant and perfect with any outfit. In this outfit everything is new: the knitted fur waistcoat, the skirt from Adolfo Domínguez ​​with transparent “petals” of different colours, and what can I say about the Furla bag, I just love it (as well it can be worn on the shoulder for a more casual look). Shoes with animal print are a must this year and although these heels are very high I had no problem wearing them the whole day but I had a pair of ballerinas in the bag just in case… At first sight it looks like the stockings have been stained but if you look closer you´ll see that it´s not the case. I believe that this outfit was perfect for a very special day. What about you, what do you think? Do you like it?

Ci sono accostamenti che risultano semplicemente perfetti! Modesti a parte, il giaccone lo cercavo da tempo e mi mancava nel mio armadio, il beige e´un colore che abbini con tutto e risulta elegante e perfetto con qualsiasi capo. Questo outfit é assolutamente tutto nuovo: il gilet in pelliccia, la gonnellina di Adolfo Dominguez che sembra che é stata confezionata con petali trasparenti di diverse nuance e poi che dire del borsone della Furla, assolutamente fantastico, si può portare anche a tracolla grazie alla banda marrone e quindi in modo più sportivo, che dire poi delle scarpe un must di quest’anno per il suo animalier print, anche se altissime le ho portate con disinvoltura per tutta la giornata alla feria anche se pensavo, al contrario, che  non avessi potuto resistere per tutta la giornata;  mi ero munita, infatti, di ballerine speciali piegabili che portavo nella borsa ma, che ripeto non ho dovuto usare. Le collant che indosso mi sembrano originalissime, sembrano  schizzate dal fango! Insomma ancora una volta ho azzeccato il mio lok per una giornata tutta speciale. e tu che ne pensi? Ti piace?

Hay combinaciones que son simplemente perfectas! Dejamos la modestia a parte, el abrigo lo estube buscando desde hace mucho tiempo en este color y que faltaba en mi armario, el color beige que combina con todo, resulta elegante y perfecto con cualquier prenda. Este outfit es absolutamente todo lo nuevo: el chaleco hecho de punto y pelo, la falda de Adolfo Domínguez, que parece que ha sido confeccionada  con pétalos transparentes de diferentes tonos, y que decir del bolso de Furla, absolutamente fantástico, también puede llevarse cruzado con la banda marrón y le da un aire  más deportivo, ademas los zapatos son un must de esta temporada con su estampado animal, a pesar de que tienen unos tacones de vértigo lo llevé  durante todo el día sin problema, en principio pensaba que no hubiese podido llevarlos todo el día así que me llevé en el bolso unas bailarinas plegables para cuando me hubiese sido imposible llevar estos tacones, pero, repito que no me hicieron falta. Las medís parecen que hayan sido manchadas por haber sido salpicadas! Así que una vez mas acerté con el look para un día muy especial. Y a tí ¿qué te parece? ¿Te ha gustado?

Well, as I told you, on my last vacations in Rome I was wearing this waistcoat  practically all the time. This time in a casual but yet elegant way with a wool skirt and a basic tee. Over it I wear a trench coat and the shoes are retro style with laces. I had a nice walk downtown and on Via del Babbuino I stopped for a cappuccino, something that I never miss when in Rome.

Beh, vi avevo avvisato, non me lo sarei tolto di dosso e ne ho fatto il mio capo principale nelle mie vacanze passate a Roma. Quí l’ho voluto portare in maniera un po´piu´elegante ma informale con una gonnellina in lana e una maglia basica. Il tutto portato sotto un impermiabile classico e un paio di scarpe con i lacci stile retró. Una bella passeggiata a Via del Babbuino dove mi sono fermata solo per prendere un  capuccino che non mi posso assolutamente perdere quando mi trovo a Roma.

Bueno, os advertí, no me lo he quitado de encima y lo he convertido en la prenda principal en mis vacaciones pasadas en Roma. Aquí lo llevo de manera informal, pero un poco más elegante con una falda de lana y una camiseta básica. Encima llevo un impermeable y un par de zapatos con cordones de estilo retro. Di un agradable paseo en la calle Via del Babuino donde me detuve solo para tomarme un capuchino al cual nunca renuncio cuando estoy en Roma.

I´ve never been too fond of jeans but over the years I´ve learned to like them, perhaps because nowadays they are better adapted to be comfortable for women. Anyway, these are from MET and I just love them, they fit like a glove and… well, they´re just perfect!

It´s been a while since I posted some photos of the shop windows in Palma but during the summer I´ve been really busy. Anyway, here are some samples of the nicest ones. The one from “Intimissimi” really caught my attention, violins and music scores… so true, no fashion without music!

E’ da un po´che non facevo un post sulle amate vetrine dei negozi di Palma, mea culpa, ma, l’estate e´stata un po´dura a causa del lavoro, eccovi  ancora una volta, una carrellata di vetrine invitanti, tra queste quella che piu´ha richiamato la mia attenzione e´quella di Intimissimi,  violini  e spartiture sparsi quá e lá…e’ proprio vero non c’e´moda senza musica!

Hace tiempo que no hacía un post de los escaparates de Palma, mea culpa, pero el verano fue un poco difícil por el trabajo, aquí tenéis, una vez más, una muestra de los escaparates más atractivos, entre ellos, el que me llamó más la atención fue el de “Intimissimi”, violines y pentagramas esparcidos por aquí y por allá … y es cierto que no hay moda  sin música!
