The Brandery is definitely a springboard for many designers to introduce their collections especially to the younger audience. Although I no longer belong to the group “super young”, what matters is the spirit and I have to confess that with every year that pass I feel younger. It´s not mere rhetoric, it´s clear that the young designers have those of us that are not that young but want to be a part, or need to be part of this group, in mind as well when they design their collections. A clear example of something that works for all ages are jeans and the different models that was shown in this multi brand show by e.g. EXE, Keyone, Hafner and Paez (to mention a few) that confirms that the world of fashion belongs to all of us and that time and age doesn´t matter. Finally a simple question; Which of these creations would you choose?

The Brandery e´certamente un trampolino per molti stilisti che vedono e vedranno le loro creazioni catapultate nel mondo della moda sopratutto giovanile. Anche se ormai non appartengo piú al mondo dei giovanissimi, quello che conta e´lo spirito, e devo confessarvi che piú anni compio e piú giovane mi sento, non e´una facile fraseologia o simplemente retorica, ma, ci stiamo accorgendo che gli stilisti, anche se giovanissimi, pensano anche a chi ha un pó piú d’etá e vuole ancora appartenere al gruppo di quei giovani che indossando capi facilmente inseribili nel proprio armadio, un esempio evidente é sempre il jeans che continuamo a portare ad ogni etá. I modelli che abbiamo visto in questa multi-passerella, dove si sono presentate firme gia´conosciute come per esempio EXE, Keyone, Hafner e Paez, mi confermano che il mondo giovanile appartiene anche a noi che viviamo la moda senza tempo e né etá. Per concludere vi faccio un a semplice domanda:” Quali modelli vi portereste a casa?”

The Brandery es sin duda un trampolín para muchos diseñadores que verán sus creaciones catapultadas en el mundo de la moda especialmente juvenil. A pesar de que yo ya no pertenezco más al mundo de los súper jóvenes, lo que importa es el espíritu, tengo que confesar que mas años cumplo y más joven me siento, no es simple retórica, nos estamos dando cuenta de que los diseñadores, aunque muy jóvenes, piensan también en los que ya no son tan jóvenes, pero que necesitan y quieren seguir siendo parte de este grupo, pudiendo introducir prendas de sus colecciones; un ejemplo obvio es siempre los vaqueros para cada edad, incluso los modelos que hemos visto en este desfile de múltimarcas, han presentado firmas ya conocidas como EXE, Keyone, Hafner y Paez y que confirman que el mundo de los jóvenes nos pertenecen a nosotros que vivimos una moda sin tiempo y sin edad. Finalmente, me encantaría formular una pregunta muy simple:”¿Con cuál de estas creaciones te quedarías tu?

Veneno en la Piel

ENGLISH

It´s been a long but interesting day today (well actually it´s already Saturday now) and I´m very tired but I promised you some shots from the catwalk at The Brandery and here is a teaser, there will be more over the next couple of days. Good Night!

ITALIANO

Oggi e´stata una giornata intensa, infatti siamo ormai arrivati a sabato; sono estenuata ma, come avevo promesso volevo solo farvi vedere alcune delle foto scattate in giornata delle varie sfilate nel recinto feriale The Brandery ed eccovene un assaggio, nei prossimi giorni ve ne faró vedere delle altre; per ora vi do la buonanotte!

ESPAÑOL

Hoy ha sido un día intenso y por cierto ya es sábado, estoy muy cansada pero, como os habia prometido os quería enseñar algunas de las fotos sacada en el recinto ferial The Brandery y aquí tenéis algunas de ellas, de momento os deseo las buenas noches!
