Hi girls, today I would like to introduce my new bag from Purificacion Garcia that Santa brought me! The first time I saw it was about a year ago and I wanted it from the very same moment. Although it´s not one of the most expensive bags I was waiting for the right moment to buy it (or receive it). It´s certainly very similar to the famous Chanel bag but the price is not even close! Anyway, the bag is very well finished and with its soft leather it has nothing to envy the “original”.

Ciao ragazze, oggi vi presento la mia nuova borsa firmata Purificacion García che mi ha portato Babbo Natale! L’avevo scoperta già un anno fa ed ho incominciata subito a desiderarla. Anche se il prezzo non era decisamente uno dei più cari, aspettavo un’occasione per poterla comprare o ricevere. Senza dubbio è molto simile alla famosissima borsa Chanel ma, che non arriva a quel inaccessibile prezzo! Comunque la borsa nelle sue rifiniture, nella sua pelle e la sua leggerezza non ha nulla a che invidare all’originale.

Hola chicas, hoy les presento mi nueva bolsa de Purificacion García que  me  ha traído  Santa Claus! La vi por primera vez hace un año y enseguida empezé en desearla. Aunque el precio no era uno de los más caro, estuve esperando una oportunidad para poder comprarla o recibirla. Sin duda, es muy similar a la famosa bolsa de Chanel, pero que no llega a ese excesivo precio! de todas formas, el bolso está muy bien acabado, con su cuero ligero y no tiene nada que envidar al original.

Having a look at the shop windows of the eternal city you´ll realize that there is a lot of white, no summer without white, and earthy colors like brown, orange, khaki and knitted or asymmetrical dresses. A felt hat with wide brim will add a sophisticated touch to the look, just like during the legendary ’70s.

Facendo un percorso tra le vetrine della città eterna, i colori che si ripetono di più sono sempre il bianco del quale non si può mai fare a meno d’estate e i colori terra come il marrone, l’arancio, il verde militare su vestiti traforati o asimmetrici. The Italians have a passion for designer sunglasses and as an Italian so do I,  in fact I have a small collection at home myself. An important factor to consider when buying a pair of sunglasses is that they should have quality lenses to protect you eyes. It´s better to buy quality and not a pair of cheap aftermarket glasses made in China with identical design, but not quality, as the originals. I always look for quality glasses with lenses from Luxottica. These lenses you´ll find on sunglasses by Giorgio Armani, Bulgari, Chanel, Burberry, Tiffany, Dolce & Gabbana, Persol, Vogue, Versace and many morel. Another thing to keep in mind when buying new sunglasses is the colour of the lenses: gray, brown and green are suitable to protect from light, pink and purple from dust and for those who like outdoor sports yellow is recommended.

Los italianos tenemos una pasión por las gafas de sol de diseño y como italiana a mi también me fascinan y tengo muchas. Factor importante a tener en cuenta a la hora de comprar un par de gafas de sol es que las lentes tienen que ser de calidad para protegernos de los rayos del sol. Los expertos nos indican de que es necesario no prescindir de la calidad y no caer en la tentación de comprar un par de gafas de fabricación China que a menudo invaden el mercado con diseños idénticos a las firmas más reconocidas. Yo elijo la calidad y siempre miro que tenga la lente de Luxottica, siempre a la vanguardia en los diseños de Giorgio Armani, Bulgari, Chanel, Burberry, Tiffany, Dolce & Gabbana, Persol, Vogue, Versace y  muchas más. Otro factor a tener en cuenta a la hora de elegir la lente de nuestras gafas es el color: gris, marron y verde son indicados para proteger de la luz, rosa y violeta para proteger del polvo y para quien le gusta hacer deporte al aire libre esta’ aconsejado el amarillo.

Come italiana che sono, posseggo una collezione di occhiali da sole non indifferente. Da sempre e’ stato per me un accessorio importante ma, da non sottovalutare il fatto che  serve a proteggere i nostri occhi dagli effetti nocivi del sole. Gli esperti infatti, sono stanchi di ripetere che la lente dei nostri occhiali da sole deve essere di qualita’. Spesso pero’, accade che, golosi di acquistare un occhiale di un prestigioso stilista, cadiamo nella tentazione di acquistarne uno con lenti fabbricate in Cina e quindi nocivi alla salute poiche’ non proteggono dai raggi UV. Io non risparmio sulla qualita’ e scelgo quelli del marchio Luxottica che mi soddisfano totalmente in quanto a qualita’ e disegno, firme prestigiose come Giorgio Armani, Bulgari, Chanel, Burberry, Tiffany, Dolce & Gabbana, Persol,Vogue,Versace e tante altre. Nella scelta della lente e’ anche importante sapere che colore scegliere:  grigio, marrone e verde sono indicati per proteggere dalla luce, rosa o viola per proteggere dalla polvere e per chi ama fare sport all’aperto e’ consigliato l’uso di quelle gialle.

Classic design and material makes straight pants look great, a high waist that falls loosely into the hip and extends to the ankle in the same way is ideal for everyone even if you don´t have the shapes of a model.

Hay muchas prendas que no pasan nunca de moda y que tienen que ser adquirida por los que no las tienen; el traje sastre o el traje chaqueta, es un clásico indispensable y versátil: falda recta hasta la rodilla, estilo  Chanel, con chaqueta  tipo smoking, unas rayas diplomáticas son un must have en el armario de muchos. Por ejemplo, un corte clásico y un excelente material de un  pantalón  recto, favorecen su  caída,  una cintura alta que cae suelta en la cadera y llega hasta el tobillo de la misma forma, es ideal para todo el mundo aunque no tenga un físico de modelo.

Ci sono diversi capi che non  passano mai di moda e che devono essere acquistati da chi non li ha; il  tailleur, per esempio, sia col pantalone che con la gonna e’ un classico indispensabile e versatile: gonna dritta fino al ginocchio, stile Chanel, tipo smoking per quanto riguarda la giacca, anche un completo pantalone gessato e’ diventato un must have. Indossato da chiunque, con  un  taglio classico e una ottima stoffa che, per esempio, favorisce la cadenza del pantalone dritto, con una vita alta morbida sui fianchi e  scendendo morbido fino alla caviglia diventa adatto a tutti, anche a chi non ha necessariamente, un fisico da modella.

Especially this time of year I really like walking around watching the shop windows, looking for that special gift for someone dear or why not for yourself. In Rome there are many great shopping areas but this time I´ve concentrated on the triangle Via del Corso – Via Condotti – (Piazza di Spagna) Via del Babbuino, maybe not the cheapest area in the world but here you´ll find the best of the best like Armani, Valentino, Bulgari, La Perla, Tod´s  just to mention a few. But of course, you can find some more budget orientated brands like H&M as well and if you get tired why not have a cappuccino at Rosati or Canova. Here below you´ll find some samples of the shop windows.

Seguramente muchas de las capitales en el mundo son perfectas para ir de compras pero como comprenderás mi ciudad favorita es sin duda alguna Roma. Este periodo del año  tan especial me gusta mucho  ver los escaparates de las tiendas, en busca de aquello que puede alegrar y gustar a alguien o inclusive para mi misma. En Roma hay muchas zonas donde se puede ir de compras pero mi favorita es sin duda la zona de Via del Corso, Via del Babbuino e la famosa Via Condotti; ciertamente no es la zona más barata pero es aquí donde encuentras las mejores firmas como Armani,Valentino, Bulgari, La Perla, Tod’s. Pero también puedes encontrar otras tiendas mas baratas pero reconocidas como H&M y para un descanso no dudes en saborear un cappuccino en Rosati o Canova. Aquí te dejo unas fotos de algunos escaparates.

Sicuramente ci sono molte capitali del mondo dove si puo’ fare del buon shopping ma, come Roma per me non ce n’e´ nessuna. In questo periodo dell’anno poi, le vetrine si vestono di festa ed e’ bello poter andare in cerca di quello che potrebbe piacere a quel qualcuno cosí speciale o addirittura trovare qualcosa  per noi stesse. Mi piace molto la zona del Corso, Via del Babbuino e Via Condotti, certamente non e’ la zona meno cara anzi…ma, le vetrine di Armani, Valentino, Bulgari, La Perla, Tod’s insieme a tante altre,  mi rapiscono la mente. Comunque, si possono trovare altri tipi di negozi meno cari come H&M e non dimenticati di passare da Canova o Rosati  per prenderti un buon  cappuccino.
